Describe the deliverable
Use a meaningful item description, quantity and unit price. Put delivery times, exclusions and payment terms in the notes.
Check the totals
Each line rounds to two decimals. The discount applies to the subtotal; tax applies to the discounted amount. No currency conversion is performed.
Save a PDF
Preview the document, then choose Print / Save as PDF. In your browser’s print dialog, choose Save as PDF, A4 paper and turn off headers and footers for a clean document.
Can I use this as an invoice?
This document is a quotation, not a tax invoice or proof of payment. Check your local business requirements before using it. Quotation numbers are entered by you and are not automatically tracked across visits.
Will my quotation be saved here?
